My husband and I will definitely be back for her classes! I’ve been to a lot of spin classes, and that was definitely one that kicked my butt, but in the best way possible.

Voir tous les avisEnjoyed the class - sunny without being too warm, and challenging with options to be chill instead. good vibes, for lack of a better description. it was a bit noisy on the courts with cars going past, but once you got into the flow it almost sounded like waves flowing nearby. Cool perk - there's the option to try the padel courts for two hours after the yoga class. it's a combo of tennis balls, racquetball-ish and pickleball-ish rules? I'm not great with any of the above, but if I had more time I'd try it out. Parking available at the side and back of the building, as well as on Coast Hwy. Walking distance (within a mile or less) from the strand. Less than two miles from the Harbor area if you're taking the scenic walking route. While bathrooms are onsite, they may be locked/unavailable in the morning during yoga / before the courts open. No refillable water fountains, but the pro-shop on site has water bottles (for sale?) once open.
