The stretches really help to relive tightness in the body and you also get a good workout. The intensity of the class is a bit lower than the booty and abs class but it is the perfect combination of intensity, pace and stretching. Definitely take this class with Anastasia . I love all the trainers but the classes with Anastasia are just perfect and makes you feel so energized without overwhelming you.
