However my only feedback would be that there was a lot of people recording themselves and even with tripods of which people were in the background of it. I don’t think this is appropriate for a hot yoga class it’s a massive invasion of privacy. This has put me off wanting to go back to this class

Voir tous les avisAmazing - love the timing of this class, 75-minutes and over and done with to have the rest of Sunday. I also really appreciate and enjoy the sequences that Alex puts together. They’re focused (for example today was all about twisting) and everything builds. It’s hard but in a way where you feel like you’re growing in your practice, not just developing knots in your quads and shoulders from repetitive planks and warriors.

Voir tous les avisReally like the studio and the trainers. One of my favorite workouts are the YoFit Classes. If I would to change anything, it would be how the mats are cleaned after the classes. It doesn’t come across very hygienic to just briefly wipe with a mop a little 🙈

Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process . About the class room I fell if it was held in a brighter room could have been a fantastic experience over all. Later at the relaxing stage we can get the curtains down.
