Voir tous les avisIncredible instructor. So welcoming and knowledgable. I thought the class would be less intense but honestly it was HARD but very rewarding. Immersive + blows off steam too. I love an instructor who continually fixes form and tamara does that well!

Voir tous les avisAnna A is an excellent Pilates instructor. Her cues are precise, her demonstrations are clear, and every sequence flows exceptionally well. Her lower-body focused class is easily one of the best I’ve done, especially her signature Reverse Floor Curtsy Lunge, which has become my absolute favorite for targeting the glutes. Highly recommended.
