The workout was challenging whilst incredibly well planned, the music was engaging and motivating, Samantha’s coaching style is absolutely on point. Voir tous les avisHonestly, this was an incredible class, and Keris was fantastic. The movements were very well thought out, and the class was structured brilliantly. It was challenging in the best way. Even though some of the movements required really complex coordination and were difficult to pull off, Keris explained everything so clearly and took the time to make corrections whenever necessary. The music was incredible, the lighting was incredible, and the whole atmosphere made the experience even better. Overall, a super Pilates class and a genuinely great experience.
