I went in with a list on my phone, fully prepared for the type of disheartening conversation you might have with a GP. Fortunately, this experience was completely different. I felt heard. And whilst nothing was over-promised, there seemed to be tangible steps we could take to improve my troublesome symptoms. It’s too early to say anything about long-term results, but my first impressions have been great. Worth being prepared to end up in your underwear - just a note if you’ve never been for acupuncture before!

Right is the tightest point, I could feel the tension melting. She also did an amazing deep tissue massage. The massage was painful as all deep tissue massage, so maybe no ideal if you just want to relax. I could immediately feel the benefit, and the day after my neck is already much better. Thabk you.
