The massage was fantastic and I appreciate the consultation, which is thorough enough to inform them enough of where to focus and any add ins you should try. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. :) Only thing to note was that I added on hot stones, but didn’t really feel it was worth the price, because they were only used in the massage for a few moments and didn’t feel worth it.

I shared with her that I am 3 weeks post partum and have been breast feeding our baby therefore I have been having lower back issues as of lately due to bad posture from late night feedings.. also I wanted to just relax. She felt all my areas of tension especially within the upper and lower back. She is very skilled and knows how to read my body’s specific needs. The treatment itself was really fast — takes about 2 min, the only thing that took awhile was signing documents in the beginning. I was not expecting to get the shot in my hip so that threw me off guard a little & then the soreness that came quickly after the shot. Other than that the staff working is super nice! I’d definitely come back for future vitamin shots and maybe give other treatments a try!

Jay's practice was easy to commute to, the space is clean, and as a professional he really knows his stuff. He answered my questions, and explained his process throughout our session which I really appreciated. Acupuncture is not fully "pain free" but it is a path to healing that I wish I had started sooner. I look forward to scheduling again and highly recommend Rophé! And dont forget to tip since ClassPass doesn't include that.
