The only thing I was disappointed with was it was a 45 min class, roughly 7 min warm up (which I missed most of) and 13 minute cool down only giving us 25 minutes for the main workout. I would go again. :-)

One thing that was actually very annoying in the class there was a group of girls that were seemingly very young and immature that were on their phones and laughing and giggling and talking during the final pose. It just seemed very disrespectful to the class as well as the instructor.
