Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

It was painful in the kind of way I needed but she did check with me several times to make sure the pressure was okay. I have never had someone get as deep as she. I love that she also stretched me as well. It was so good I called my husband and convinced him to book as well. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me, but he was fantastic. I tried the Mito Red Light Therapy Full Body Panels and the Normatec Compression Therapy, and I’m hooked! My legs feel so much lighter, and the red light therapy had a calming effect on my entire body. I highly recommend this place—10/10! I’ll definitely be going back.

I used to go here to get my cryotherapy sessions! I always liked this place. I noticed they had a sign outside that said they do vitamin injections. Wow! What a great mental challenge and I feel amazing. Make sure to tell them you’re from class pass, it makes it easier for their system. Also, They didn’t accept tip but didn’t seem to expect it like this app implies. Made me feel welcome and explained everything well. I’ll be doing this again!
