Please try this class at least once to find out for yourself. Also…the girls that work at the desk…I don’t know how it’s possible but every single one of them are astounding…so incredibly thoughtful, helpful, beautiful in soul. My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

Voir tous les avisEnjoyed this class very much. Perfect for winding down the evening. The flow was gentle yet challenging and Jenessia always offered modifications and was encouraging throughout. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.

Dayani is a wonderful instructor and she is a delight to learn from. Kundalini is quite different from your typical forms of yoga but I enjoyed it. It involves breath-work, meditation, chanting, and dynamic movement. It helped me to create more openness internally and loosen my body. After the class, Dayani offered to pour us some tea which was so lovely. I would highly recommend coming here for yoga, tea, community, or all of the above. I will definitely be coming back!

Voir tous les avisWow! Jessanya’s class was amazing. She started the session with playing singing bowls (she really knew what she’s doing - it was great too) and taught an amazing flow afterwards. Somehow it felt so gentle and dynamic at the same time! I didn’t go to a class like that for a while now and lemme tell you, it was an amazing way to start my Saturday. She corrected my postures when needed after asking me permission to do it - I will really take those corrections with me! Thank you! I’ll follow her from now and am looking forward to take more of her classes!!
