The masseuse I was with was very thorough and intentional with his massage. I felt like there was a great level of detail placed on my stiff spots (upper back, shoulders, hips). Grace was this kind of masseuse. I work a very physical job and was in a lot of pain before I went to Newpower. I walked out not only feeling like I’d been fully stretched but my pain is completely gone, and I have way more mobility than I did an hour ago! 10/10, I will come back.

About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least). When it was all over, Natalya provided helpful aftercare instructions. My face is now very pink and I’m looking forward to seeing if I notice any benefits in the days to come! :)

I've had massages before, but they usually just gave me an hour of relaxation without any real results. Crystal's massage was completely different—I can genuinely feel how much it helped. I work out intensely and didn’t realize how much pain and tension I’d been carrying in my upper back. She even worked out a knot in my shoulder that I swear had been there for over a year! I also had the magnesium treatment applied to my legs since I’m a runner, and it made such a difference with my leg pain and shin splints. I’d been waddling around for a week, but after my session, I could walk normally again! My posture feels better, my legs feel refreshed, and I’m so much more at ease. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Voir tous les avisI’ve had many lymphatic massages before but it was my first time having it here. Swan Day Spa was clean, and offered so many services. I had my massage with Linda, and although she did not give me entirely what I wanted (a soft, gentle lymphatic massage) she gave me what I needed. She assessed where I was tight and sore and what needed a detox and went to work. I won’t lie, there were moments where it was indeed very painful, but I knew this was for the better; that isn’t to say she wasn’t gentle during other parts if the massage—there were also times I felt incredibly relaxed and good. Whenever it got too painful I would let her know and she would adjust. She really took care of me and wanted to help me out and she did just that, because I feel much more looser, lighter, and energetic for sure. I was also very impressed with her use of the hot stones as well, I signed up for a membership too. Just be sure to communicate before and during the massage, you are in good hands.
