I joined the Serenity Flow candle somatic movement class, and it was honestly everything I didn’t know I needed. The atmosphere was calming, the lighting set the mood perfectly, and the flow of the class felt very intentional and relaxing. I really loved the focus on movement and how it allowed me to connect with my body in a different way. It wasn’t rushed or overwhelming—just a peaceful, grounding experience. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for something calming and different from a typical workout.

I wore socks since I font have tap shoes (yet). The location is clean, organized, spacious, and there is plenty of parking out back. I want to return for more tap and other classes. Voir tous les avisthe class and instructor were AMAZING!!! but i need the location to be made more clear on classpass. i stood at the other studio across the street for 20 mins because it was not made clear that the hip hop class was in a different studio than the main one, even though the only address provided was in suite 105. i still had an amazing time but please make this clearer so students arent lost and then late to class. other than that, i will be back next week!!!

I did notice the other students wore leotards and tights with the ballerina bun hair, but I was just in workout pants and a tank top (and ballet shoes.)
