Voir tous les avisThis visual meditation class was truly a life-changing experience! The space was relaxing, open and inviting and Mathilde was absolutely wonderful. She guided us each step of the way throughout the meditation, reminding us of our visual cues and allowing for breaks where we reflected on how the experience was going for us. I definitely teared up during the session! I left feeling physically lighter and emotionally empowered. I let go of a lot of “stuff” I’ve been holding on to and let in much needed energy. The perfect start to my work day and the new year!
