Voir tous les avisThe Instructor was very informative about the history of pilates and the different types of pilates that is available at the studio in the beginning of class. This was my first class at stride, and it is a very clean studio! Beware if you book on a Friday like I did- there is no front desk girl to check you in. This class goes very slow and really talks you through the movements and the modifications you can do. For me, this class was pretty easy- you won’t be working up a sweat too much (besides the room already being hot!) I’ve done barre and dance before, so I’d definitely take a regular class after the 101, but for someone who is brand new, this is definitely for you!

The workout really targets all those muscles you forgot existed, and it’s perfect for toning and sculpting your whole body. The studio itself is friendly, welcoming, and has a great vibe that keeps you motivated. Highly recommend both Ruby and Barre Belle for anyone looking for an effective and uplifting workout!

Voir tous les avisI really like the studio, Frank is great. My only critique is that it feels like the workouts have gotten repetitive. Not sure if Studio Three requires them to follow a program or if it’s up to coach preference but I would love to have new formats. Maybe a different divide of time at each station or even just one round around the room. This isn’t going to stop me from coming because I literally love Franks coaching style and the studio is so wonderful. Just a suggestion for repeat customers! Will be back sooonnnnn

I took a class with paul today and I thought he was wonderful. He gives clear direction and also offers options. The staff is super friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience even better. The class size was perfect—not too big—so it felt personal, and the workouts were well-structured and straight to the point. A cool bonus: one of the owners joined us as a classmate! Voir tous les avisLoved her class, I love that this class focuses more on form and not speed. Totally built up a sweat, and music wasn’t crazy loud. The only con I have is their signature scent that is pumped into the lobby, and their hand wash. I’m sure it’s franchise policy, but with taking care of yourself and exercising and then having to inhale a synthetic scent when you walk in is kind of a bummer. But I will be back, instructor was excellent and people were very nice. I just won’t breathe when I walk in. 😊

The class was well organized, with three 12-minute stations, which each had their own set of exercises written on a whiteboard. The instructor was really friendly and supportive, as were the other folks in the class. At 7am, there was also free street parking. Would highly recommend.
