Very intense because of the heated room but I would def come again. Music was spiritual house, wasn't that big of a fan. But loved the instructor. They also came in and gave cold towels to everyone before the cool down section started!

They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Sometimes when I lose balance I get frustrated with myself but she put an emphasis on appreciating yourself for all that you’re doing. She also guided us and got to work on our techniques as we trained so we didn't end up with any injuries. She really encouraged us to challenge ourselves and for that I am so grateful! Would highly recommend this place but be careful if you are going to park in the main car park as the parking validation only works for 90 mins then you have to pay extra (I think I was just over and paid 19$ on top of the $7.49 validation charge)

Good beats make us run more :) However, I would appreciate clearer instructions on the treadmill from the instructor and turn down the music slightly when giving instructions. Also, the fans are really high and I’m thankful the instructor pushed it away from me when I asked. There’s a lot of overstimulation in the room but still a solid workout. I see why they give out earplugs at the front desk.

She worked the room in there this morning. She is attentive to everyone by constantly having her head on swivel to make sure you are doing your workouts correctly and safely! This is important to me as I’ve been at places that just let you do anything and don’t correct poor form!! That climber almost took me to Glory, but I made it. Very awkward this time around but I’m sure it’ll get better over time. Today was the single sided class and I did enjoy it overall. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be in terms of survival haha! The toughest part for me had to be the climber, not gonna lie. But overall love it here. Feels good to be back in this space with a new face lift.
