Voir tous les avisNot for beginners! Instructor very welcoming, and he did warn us that this 6a class likes to go fast…he wasn’t exaggerating! It was 90% extremely high tempo compared to other classes. I couldn’t keep up, but it was obviously still a good workout!

Voir tous les avisI’ve taken a million cycle classes with many instructors and Liza takes the cake for some of the top instructors I’ve ridden with. She is everything any successful instructor SHOULD BE. She lifts you up, pushes you, and overall believes in your capability. So sad she won’t be teaching anymore but thankful to have been in her presence and learned how to be a better rider because of her class!

SIDE NOTE: Make sure to come 15 minutes early if you've never been to this location. The Y requires you to fill out a quick paperwork in order to enter regardless of class pass.
