Circuit style class with 15-20 stations that you do 3-4 sets at and move on, so each station is only visited once. Love that this class focuses on heavy lifts so you can really reach muscle failure!

It was a very good and hard workout and I felt like it was very worth it. I was surprised by the small class size with how quality the class was.

Szabi’s attention to detail is incredible: by the time you finish an exercise, your reformer is already prepared for the next one. It really says a lot, Szabi genuinely wants you to succeed and focus on your workout instead of spending time adjusting your machine. I’ve never seen anything like this before! I’ll definitely be back.

TBH the owners invested in this place and it shows. Tia was a great instructor, so knowledgeable and patient with students making sure they know how to use the machine. The studio feels like a SPA, you walk in and just feel comfortable and relaxed.
