Salt Air Therapy Cave (30 Min)
The experience was super relaxing and I have noticed a decrease in the anxiety i’ve been feeling recently. I do believe the salt worked to reduce the inflammation I had in my sinuses, after about 10 minutes I was breathing clearly. There is a repetitive sound that happens during the session but it didn’t bother me much.
