Voir tous les avisClass with rebecca was great! Good flow with fun use of the weighted ball. She gave great cues and suggestions for modifications if needed. Definitely felt the burn in certain moves. Overall a manageable class if you have Pilates experience. I do wish the class was longer than 45min to get a longer workout.
