The clientele though, not very friendly (felt uncomfortable with these two girls next to me whispering). Lockers are gendered which makes it difficult for non-binary and trans folks to navigate the space. But the flow and sweat made up for its shortcomings.

Voir tous les avisGreat class! Shannon was very savvy and helped us navigate the NYC marathon by changing the meeting point to somewhere really spectacular, the castle. Her communication was very clear and she personally followed up to make sure I got her message about the location change, which I really appreciated. This was my first class with this group; but I’ll definitely be back for more.

It was a great challenge and I appreciate that she still offered modifications so the class could go at their own pace. She guided us into the more advanced moves and offered tips on how to accomplish them again in the future. Will be back!!!!
