Voir tous les avisSo so good for my nervous system. Beautiful gentle flow with lots of modifications! I loved how the playlist helped me anchor to my breath. The music played reminded me of a magical forest vibe. I felt like I was completely renewed after class. Class was so healing for the mind, body, & soul! Love how she provided a safe space for us to take what we need

Voir tous les avisClass with rebecca was great! Good flow with fun use of the weighted ball. She gave great cues and suggestions for modifications if needed. Definitely felt the burn in certain moves. Overall a manageable class if you have Pilates experience. I do wish the class was longer than 45min to get a longer workout.
