Voir tous les avisI’ve never liked strength training and lifting until today at Lucy’s class. She gives clear detailed verbal cues, demonstrates each pose and gives modifications. Everyone is doing the same exercise, it’s easy to follow and not intimidating at all. I will definitely go back for more.

He gives you an idea of what’s coming next for the running component so you are primed and set up for success. He also gives you a count down so you can push for that extra speed/ know how long you have to go. You will see results if you are open to his feedback and try your hardest, plus his track list is amazing!

Voir tous les avisIt was my first time trying barre and Neda was a great instructor. Very supportive and encouraging and pays individual attention to every student. She really helped explain the right postures and made the class fun. The studio itself is beautiful, very well maintained and has everything one could need. Would definitely recommend this place.
