My sauna appointments are my self-care time to relax, and I wish the music could be softer so I could wind down or listen to what I choose within the sauna room.

Voir tous les avisAbsolutely loved my time here. The Recovery Room has some cool things in it and you’ll need to decide on what you’d like to do for the most effective use of your time. I used the inversion table for a few minutes before moving onto and falling asleep in the Higher Dose sauna blanket, then finished with the Normatec hip attachment. Even though I booked an hour, I immediately wished it was longer and am planning to rebook soon. One of the owners, Jodi (or Jody?), was helping me and was awesome. Definitely recommend.

Voir tous les avisEnjoyed instructor and class. Appreciated the instructor giving adjustments across the room, felt she was attentive but not pushy. Good class for helping me do some exercise I wouldn’t otherwise do in a fairly low-key way. Reception was welcoming.

Voir tous les avisMichelle is a wonderful instructor. Her trainings are challenging and fun. Each session has different exercise combo with Michelle adjusting your postures and giving you pointers. She brought the athlete out within this office mouse. Highly recommend her classes.
