Voir tous les avisBlake is an excellent instructor. His flows feel very thoughtful and coherent and they’re challenging in a satisfying way. That said, the classes here are just WAY TOO HOT. I overheard the instructor telling the front desk that he thought the class might have been too hot so I’m thinking the temp wasn’t within his control? I hope the studio considers lowering the temp a bit because I don’t really think there’s any added benefit to making the classes suffocatingly hot.

This was a new style of class where Coach Jason incorporated more conditioning exercises to supplement boxing- I do wish there was still more instruction for boxing form and technique even if the focus was different today. Can’t wait to go back!

Voir tous les avisIt is an excellent class!! When you walk in you are warmly welcomed at the front and they give you a tour. The class itself was taught by a talented teacher and I felt totally comfortable and at ease stretching in a room full of women.

Voir tous les avisThe studio was clean and spacious. Lauren lead us through a gentle slow flow. It was all very nice. The only problem is it was very hot, I believe the a/c was turned on but it didn’t seem to kick in. Overall, great class but it wasn’t a yin or restorative class as it said in the description. We did do yin poses and they were held for a longer time but it wasn’t yin. I still recommend this studio and Lauren. Great energy, great space. And my apologies for the disruption at the end.
