Voir tous les avisJillian is the best instructor!! She is so knowledgeable and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. She has prior ballet experience and currently is a physical therapist so it’s great to get different perspectives on moves. Her classes are always lively with great music and she isn’t scared to jump on an empty reformer and show us exactly how to do certain exercises. No one class is ever the same and I’ve been to at least 30+ of her classes. She’s a fantastic teacher and I will keep coming back to Pilates-4-Virginia Beach.

While it is not the most intense workout you will ever do, I find this class to be a fantastic addition to my routine because the core strength and body awareness I have built has propelled me forwards in my other workouts. So good I almost want to gate keep the class!
