It was a complete total body workout and I didn’t need a bunch of complicated equipment. Moves were straightforward and it was easy to keep good form based on Joe’s demos.

Voir tous les avisThis place was so great and there were barely any people at 12pm. The lockers don’t require a lock and can’t be closed without one. The front desk person hooked me up with a free personal trainer session the next day without using any credits and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. This place was awesome!

Voir tous les avisDefinitely expect to sweat everything out! This was such a great combination of mobility, strength, and flexibility. I wouldn’t recommend this class for complete beginners but if you have some stamina and strength built up I highly recommend.

Voir tous les avisAmanda was amazing! Her studio is very clean and spacious, yet cozy. She was very gentle with extractions and really customized the facial to address some breakouts that I am experiencing. I highly recommend her and I’m looking forward to my next facial! :)
