Voir tous les avisAn amazing instructor! Made sure that we correctly understood and followed the directions and fixed our forms. Super friendly and knowledgeable, also did multiple stretches afterwards instead of 2 or so, it was my third total body lagree class (last one about a month ago) so no that experienced but the class was easy to follow and had different techniques incase you couldn’t do the harder ones. Totally recommend for beginners!

She helped me with correct technique and posture for the moves. She was very engaging with the class and is a great motivator! Highly recommend! I’ll be back!

The instructor informed us about the heater problem and she squeezed fun cardios in between workouts. I started getting warm and sweating. The cold room didn’t even matter. It turned out to be the one of the best classes I had. Fun playlist and lots of brain/physical challenging combo movements. Loved it!
