Offers modifications and makes you feel comfortable taking them or going at your own pace. Is very engaged during class: asks how everyone is doing, walks around and helps people. Great energy and music. And most importantly, the workout is great - always challenging, different in each class, so you won't get bored if you come every week.

The arm section really had me shaking! I’ll def be back. I also want to mention that there’s a locker room with space to nurse and a changing pad for baby. It’s wild how rare that is!
