    This was my first time, and I got a friendly welcome and a treadmill and a floor station just for me for the whole class! This was intense, and the music and instructor were very motivating. For some floor moves, I didn’t really know what to do, but luckily could follow the veteran classmates. Awesome workout with customizable intensity!

    The studio is easy to get to (by bike or Metro) and is clean. The hallways with the lockers are a bit narrow but fine. There are two bathrooms and two showers (all unisex). The class itself was fantastic and a great workout. I must have burned at least 600 calories at the end. People are friendly and have a good vibe. You can do your own thing on the treadmill and then condition on the mat for the second half. When you "partner up" on the floor you are just switching equipment sides, so no awkward touching like in other studios with group/team workouts. Jamel is great. He has a very fun and encouraging tone. I would repeat this class again! It's also a more cost effective option compared to BARRY'S HIIT and Run class.
