Clearly a GREAT instructor that puts a lot of thought & knowledge into her short 45 minutes!! My body feels so good ! Thank you KRISSA!

Voir tous les avisThis class was so good. I was nervous before hand because I knew it was going to be really challenging but Cynthia was super supportive and motivating and the class actually went by so fast since you don’t stay on one sequence for too long. I would definitely recommend!!
