To newcomers- come early to stretch out on the matt and adjust to the heat! It’s been so good for me to come early and just chill and massage my muscles before any of the classes.

She explained everything so well, and always came over to check on me and gently correct my form which I really appreciated. I am now hooked, thank you Esther!
