Was interesting to learn a new culture of being in a space, the basic movements and have an hour of focus. The instructor invited curiosity about Kung Fu and their integration of herbal medicine, so we had a very fun chat after class was over. Thanks, Nick!

Voir tous les avisIf you're looking to get into boxing/kickboxing and train, this is the place to be! The instructor is very sweet and encouraging, and I was quickly able to learn the fundamentals. Overall it was a positive experience and symbolic of the underdog spirit that boxers have. I look forward to training with him again! The class has a clear structure, stretching/warm-ups including a short burst of cardio, three sets of boxing and kicking interspersed with core work, cool-down, all backed with an inspirational playlist.
