Voir tous les avisHoly moly this was a tough class!! Zacharias pushed everyone to the limit, but kept things upbeat and interesting the whole class. Not for the faint of heart or a beginner, but I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a challenge or a solid sweat sesh!

I’ve been attending this class almost every week for the last month and I’ve been seeing major improvements in my hamstring flexibility and strength. This class is beginner friendly, but she also offers some more advanced options for certain moves if you wanted to challenge yourself. The pace of this class is great (not too slow, dynamic towards the middle). I highly recommend everyone to try this class.

Voir tous les avisI absolutely love this gym, this class, and these instructors! It’s my second time taking the class and it’s a GREAT workout. also, I love the instructor! It’s a small gym so they only ever have 6 or 7 people taking a class at a time (the two times I’ve been). All women. Everyone’s really nice and the instructors push you a healthy amount and are really good at paying attention to your form, correcting it if needed, and pushing you to the finish line. They are awesome with suggesting modifications, too, and encourage you to do what you’re comfortable doing. Will definitely keep going back!

The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout. I’ll definitely be back!
