You have your own private room with a sauna so if you’re afraid of being in a big group, this is the one for you. Settings inside the sauna are customizable and they even save your preferences for the next time you visit. I’ll be coming back!!

You have an hour which gives you plenty of time and they display a timer on the wall. Overall a really nice experience!

I was told it would be 15-20 min which ended up being an hour after my scheduled time. I had to cut my hour massage to 30min and have to come back for my other half. I wish I was given something else for my troubles especially because the other office in my company is down the street so it would have been nice to use one another as a referral source. All that said, it was probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten in my life
