Voir tous les avisI appreciated the guidance and direction throughout the flows, combined with the suggestion to do whatever feels good. The instruction to do most of the practice with eyes closed was also challenging, but heightened the practice. I loved the class and look forward to taking more classes at 612 Jungle and with India.
