Voir tous les avisKatie was so incredibly kind and helpful to me and the other first time riders in the class. I was honestly very intimidated by doing a cycling class but this was so much fun! I burned a ton of calories and I love that the air was on so I didn't feel gross with sweat even after working my butt off. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to try cycling. Fun music, cool lights, killer workout. Yes, your butt will hurt from the seat the day after but that's part of the spin journey.
