Voir tous les avisI really enjoyed this workout. At first I was afraid my ADD mind wouldn’t be able to handle different workouts happening at the same time. But the instructor explained everything and checked in with me thru out the workout. In the end I felt like I got a great workout. It’s also two blocks from my apt. I’ll be back.
