Voir tous les avisInstructor was amazing. For $9 if in renting a mat in hot yoga, how are you giving me a towel with no gripping? Insane and ruined the class for me as I was slipping everywhere. Truly outrageous considering how much they charge per class and mat/towel rental.

Voir tous les avisThis was a very enjoyable class. It wasn’t intensive, but you still worked different muscle groups out. I learned more about where my strengths and weaknesses are and what I’m good at, as well as what I can improve on. Karen was a lovely instructor and we even laughed at times. Would definitely take this class again AND recommend it to others ❤️

Voir tous les avisI’ve heard glowing reviews for Pia’s class and I’m so glad I managed to snag a spot! Loved the words of wisdom and centering before class starts, and the focus on proper alignment in the postures. I left physically exhausted, but mentally rested and that’s a win in my book
