Rise + Shine
Voir tous les avisShelby was an amazing teacher. It’s very hard to find somebody who can give proper guidance and communicate clearly the moves in a very clear style. Many times you will get a teacher who does the standard Vinyasa flow with the same moves over and over. Shelby provided new poses and used blocks in ways that I’ve never experienced in my 20+ years of doing yoga. It was an awesome experience and I’m so happy I got to go to salt yoga. The facilities are phenomenal. The coffee shop was so cool and I have a yoga studio that can open up and have windows that let the sunrise in was great. Very cool concept with the pottery studio and the coffee was great. Overall, a great review and experience.

Voir tous les avisThis was my first time at Port City Power Yoga. The Friday 6pm class was amazing! Hot yoga, great vibe, and music. Love the lighting, mood, and temperature! The instructor was very welcoming and gave great cues. Great finishing touch of a cold, lavender infused wash cloth for our ending Shavasana. The spa was clean, and the bathroom has a shower for guests' use! Highly recommend! 🧘♀️🙏🏼
