This was the best yoga class I’ve ever taken. The class was small and intimate which allowed for Bri to be able to help make gentle adjustments for me to get the most out of class. Her teaching style was well paced and easy to understand while also leaving space to go deeper and challenge myself. So great. I’ll definitely be back!
