Voir tous les avisAvery brought the energy, he brought the vibes, he brought the “you can do anything” spirit. One of my favorite and hardest classes in a while! The music was perfectly synced. There was no time to be bored because there was so much variation. Loved this class!

Voir tous les avisThis class is always so good. Perfect amount of cardio and strength. It was a lightly attended class tonight. Only 5 others in the room with me, which was kind of private/nice! Worth noting for anyone on the fence that they are very welcoming and you can challenge yourself at your own pace.
