Eden took time out before the class to run me through what to expect. The class itself was such a vibe! Loved the music and the workout was great too. Infrared sauna
Voir tous les avisI’ve tried a couple of different places for their infrared saunas and Sala could definitely do these few things to elevate the experience. Providing a towel would be good start (they did give me one because I didn’t know). The infrared sauna also has a default light, even with the lights switched off, still was a bit harsh. No electrolytes or cold bottled water, but you can get tap water before you go in. I did like the iPad connected to Spotify already, so no need to connect our phones for the Bluetooth speakers. With these minor improvements, this would step up the experience. Friendly staff, thank you.

Mara was amazing, I had expressed my areas which were sore, as I hadn’t strength trained for awhile being away in Europe and without giving much detail, she massaged the exact muscles and now I feel like a new woman! Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to go again

Trained in Chinese medecine Tyrone relieved deep points that were very sore. We ended the session with a back massage as well as some reflexology, once again hitting nerves that felt very relieving at the end. I highly recommend. This wasn’t just a massage but very much a healing appointment.
