I love the class format - you always know what’s coming next and how long you’ll be doing that movement. The classes fly by and I can feel myself getting stronger each week. The community is awesome as well!

Voir tous les avisI love it! F45 has different workouts for each station, and they display the demos on their monitors. It was so easy to follow (but the workouts were hard!). The instructors were super helpful and made sure that I had good posture when executing each movement.

Coach Kelsey was very proactive and had great accommodations for those who needed them. She was very active in the class and motivated. I will be coming again! (patriot almost had my cousin and I in the back of an ambulance)

Between the throwback songs I forgot I loved and the variety of the workouts themselves, the time flew by! The staff was super friendly and welcoming to newcomers and the space was really nice. I’m not sure if I would recommend her if you’re a beginner, but definitely check her out if you’re in it for the long run and want a challenge.

For example, “fast run is 6 to 8” or whatever it is because I honestly shut my brain off and don’t want to have to remember what the range is for sprint vs jog vs run vs fast run while I’m doing it

The studio is spacious with lots of natural light coming in from the sunroof (lovely bonus). It is quite a drive from where I live so I might try out the Medford branch next time.

Voir tous les avisLoved Caroline’s class because she is very intentional with the way she speaks. She leads in a way that makes you feel guided in class and also empowers you to listen to how your body is feeling and adapt to that. The pacing and sequencing was perfect! I ended class feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and a lot less tension in my muscles / body — It’s exactly what I hoped to get from this class. One thing that would’ve optimize my experience if there was some sort of calming background music playing at the beginning of class (rather than just the instructor talking on mic). Otherwise, POWER FLOW is a great class if you want less of high energy, cardio and strength and more of balance, mobility, flexibility / stretching with a really good sweat out still left in the equation!

The medium weights were enough to require decent effort to make it through without being overly fatiguing in exercises like curls, halos, squat thrusters, and sumo squats. Overall really good class, fabulous instructor, and a gorgeous studio with everything you could need. Only feedback was the music seemed crazy loud for shavasana but was totally fine otherwise - would recommend this to everyone.
