Gracen, Renee, and the other coaches are super skillful, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend it and will keep going back!

Voir tous les avisWOW! WOW. This was such an incredible workout with Jake and Terrence. I wanted to switch it up from regular strength training, and this was everything I didn’t know I needed. Burned over 800 calories in 45 minute workout, it was tough but they demonstrated modifications for when you needed to take it down a notch. Highly recommend!

I don’t know how he does it, but he manages to make sure EVERYONE’s forms are always correct even when there are a bajillion people in class sometimes XD. He also makes sure to remind us how much he cares about our health and well-bing as well as how much he appreciates us. I, and everyone else who has him as a couch, are beyond lucky to be trained by him as a couch and ultimately, know him as a friend.

Voir tous les avisThe Tokyo Disco class, which is upper/lower body strength training in a circuit format, was really fun and the perfect challenge. Loved how the trainer (coach) stays in the room and corrects form and encourages you. The training area needs a good cleaning. The turf areas are beaten down and slippery; need to be replaced. The space is tight with a good amount of weights on the floor in groupings for people to use. Overall, enjoyed the class and will come back.

I would definitely come back to take another class here and I can see how people get addicted to it! My only qualm is that there isn’t really a locker room- just one shower and a mirror with a sink. But it still works!
