Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.

Aubrey was so welcoming and provided clear instructions plus throughout the class encouraged us to listen to our bodies. You didn’t feel pressured into certain movements and many modifications were available. Very spacious with lots of plants and natural light which made the class so peaceful and freeing. I can’t wait to try more classes!

I’ve never really enjoyed massages that much and this is an incredible alternative where I got to identify problem areas in my flexibility, got a great whole body stretch, and also got suggestions on how to improve my workouts based on my mobility. Offered an orange and candlelit tea in a relaxation room after the sauna session that was way better than I imagined (there’s actually sand on the ground, it was like being at a beach)! So refreshing after the hot sauna. Sauna was very spacious and the music was very relaxing. They also offered a peppermint chilled small towel to help cool down. Loved that you could change the color (other than red) of the sauna to target different needs. Would totally recommend city sweats to anyone wanting to relax! Totally worth the 18 credits.
