Voir tous les avisLoved today's Vinyasa class with Aria. It was my first Vinyasa class in about 5 years, and it reminded me how much I love this style of yoga. The class was challenging in a good way, but Aria offered plenty of options and modifications, making everything feel achievable and manageable for each individual. It was also a great sweaty session for a Saturday morning—energising, uplifting, and exactly what I needed. Great instruction, supportive atmosphere, and a wonderful class to ease back into Vinyasa. Highly recommend!

He explains clearly what he does which I found helpful and has a wealth of knowledge. Most of the pain disappeared during the treatment and the remaining ones have almost gone after a day. It was almost strange, but wonderful, to sleep without any pressure or stiffness in my back. Can’t wait to get used to this feeling. I have already booked a second session with him and he also does ACC treatments. He also knows about treating someone who is hyper flexible, and the Google reviews are worth checking out too. Nice and easy parking right outside. I won’t be wasting my time by going to see anyone else. Seems like he is the one stop shop I’ve been looking for in NZ. Warm recommendation if you want actual help to your problems.
