The instructor showed me each exercise quickly beforehand, especially those on a machine I’d never seen before, then told me to follow behind the woman near me in the circuit. It helped that she was obviously a regular; so I just copied her but with lighter weights where necessary. Or, she told me she was doing the advanced/harder version so I did the easier version. He came around and gently corrected my form whenever necessary. The locker rooms were clean with a well lighted sauna where I could read a book, and clean showers. No hooks in the showers though, so bring your own to hold your shower stuff.

Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

It was my first class and I was kind of intimidated at first but she was super welcoming, explained everything and gave clear reminders throughout class. The workout was challenging for sure but there were plenty of places to modify to make it easier or harder. The format of the class helped the time pass by so quick, I never got bored and was able to give each exercise my all since they were done in short intervals. Will be coming back for sure.

It had everything I was looking for in a tough workout. As a self-proclaimed introvert, the environment was awesome. Idk it’s hard to explain but it was just like not super relevant to the workout which annoys me. I think small blips of motivation is fine but when it becomes a ted talk it’s too much. But sequence was solid.. I don’t love doing 3 lunges back to back for my hip flexors but it was effective and I think he’ll be good (not sure if he’s new)

Voir tous les avisI really enjoyed this strength class! I live in Phoenix, AZ and have been staying with my dad in Rehoboth for a few weeks over the summer and I’ve been very pleased with this gym! The workouts are challenging, but in a good way. The instructors are upbeat and take the time to let you know if you need to adjust something (especially Erin). It’s okay to modify if needed, but they also encourage you to use heavier weights when appropriate. I wish there was a Salt Fitness in Phoenix! I’ll definitely continue to book classes any time I’m in the area! 💪🏼😊
