Thought the running around was a bit dangerous as there was loads of gym equipment on the floor we had to hop over, and I knocked in to someone else when we were told to go in the other direction. Voir tous les avisFinally tried the legendary Barry’s on my visit to London. I didn’t realise it would be so brutal and as someone who works out regularly, I died (in a good way). This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

Voir tous les avisGreat class BUT I wish that soulcycle would start enforcing some of their rules. There’s a mother daughter (I think) pair that have been in several classes I’ve been in that just completely ignore any and all instruction (riding up out the saddle the whole time, completely out of sync with the music at the same speed for every song), and they were on the side bar right in front of me when I was in the corner of the room, and it was SO distracting. Also multiple people with phones on their bikes with staff helping them set up and saying nothing, and Apple Watches lighting up constantly!!

Voir tous les avisFirst time taking Kelly’s class and I thought she did a pretty good job considering how empty the room was, I would definitely go again to one of her classes. One small thing was she was wearing a hat the whole lesson and the way the lighting was for most of the class, it was very difficult to see half of her face (it’s pretty dark!). Would have loved to have a bit more Florence and the machine on the playlist but otherwise all good!

Voir tous les avisI absolutely love the yoga classes at 3Tribes and have been coming for years. The teachers are fantastic. But the classes more often than not finish 5 mins or more late, which in the morning makes it a bit stressful trying to get to work on time when you’re already trying to squeeze a pre-work class in. And therefore it’s also hard to relax during savasana. It kind of undoes all the relaxation of the class. It would be great if classes could finish on time.

Love the fact that the bikes at this 1Rebel have screens that give a number as to what resistance you’re currently at. Clementina was great at giving ranges of resistance and RPM at which she wanted us to be at for different parts of the tracks.

I thought it was a great, well put together session. It was fun. Definitely to my liking and style. Katie was very motivating as well. It was a great way to start my day. I'll be back for sure. As someone who likes to be pushed, I do think we could have gone a little harder but I really liked the session and did up my levels more than what was being asked of us at times as a regular "spinner." On the other hand, I do think the changing rooms are too small for all of us post class but other than that, it was a nice experience and great atmosphere in the studio. Thanks.

But great atmosphere and endorphins have been high all day! Nice changing rooms and showers but cramped, should definitely be bigger given the cost of the class.
