Voir tous les avisAllie was great! She was energetic and I enjoyed her motivational words of wisdom sprinkled throughout the class. The playlist was on point — Lady Gaga and Rihanna for this class. I’m not great at choreography while pedaling so it was hard to keep up but I made the most of it and just kept pedaling. Got a good sweat in, time flew by and still felt like I could’ve kept going, it was that good!

Voir tous les avisKara has the best energy & is such a positive and wonderful instructor! Its the hardest to make it to the 7am classes especially on a Monday but I always always feel 10x better and stronger. She also offers great modifications so there’s something for everyone to feel challenged.

Every rep was tough, but I could tell it was worth every drop of sweat. Paige walked around the room, offering personalized adjustments that helped me improve my form and get the most out of each exercise. I’m genuinely excited to continue taking more classes and see how much stronger I can become. If you’re looking for a workout that’s both intense and rewarding, I highly recommend solidcore!

I always knew that I really enjoyed the classes, but I didn’t entirely realize exactly how much I loved them until I went to two different spin studios while travelling. Cyclebar is amazing. The instructors are so good at what they do, the music is perfect, the choreo is creative and challenging, and they keep rest and breaks in mind. It’s just simply a really great place and I’m so glad to be part of the community.

It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly. Voir tous les avisFun, fast-paced class to get a good sweat in! About half of the time is spent doing strength exercises with dumbbells/body weight and the other half at the punching bag. The punching bag was my favorite part! Got some pent up frustration to take out? Punch it out! Remembering the 6 different punches was a bit confusing since this was my first time and the instructions moved quickly, but I went my own pace. There are visual instructions projected on the wall for the strength exercises, so that was easy to follow. Music and our instructor, Jennifer, were energetic!

However, I thought that wouldn’t be affected by spin and unfortunately I wrong… the playlist, instructor, and amazing energy in the room made me want to dance the whole ride and completely disregard the pain in my wrist. So let this be your warning, don’t come here unless you want to have a blast. :)
