Voir tous les avisI've never boxed before, but I've participated in other martial arts and have done some endurance events like marathons and triathlons so thought I was reasonably prepared for the class. It was as intense a workout as I've experienced. Not just physically, but mentally as well. Joe did an excellent job of encouraging hard work while expertly coaching a beginner. He worked with me while doing the same with others in class. He taught me combinations and when I made mistakes he corrected them on the fly in a way that was easy to digest. I cannot recommend Joe's school highly enough. Will absolutely attend again as soon as I'm able to.
