I was not rushed between the moves, the instructor demoed each move and made sure that my form was correct. Will 1000% be coming back for more classes. Took Nicks class whoa was it tough but I needed it.

I appreciated her words of moving with intention and gaining strength. I did not detect any judgement from her. I appreciated the fact she did not once mention anything about moving for aesthetic reasons. She was attentive without hovering and allowed modifications in her class. My favorite instructor at Flight. Can’t wait to take more of her classes! Also, the playlist was really fun!

Im a newbie so at times I was a bit confused so I appreciate Shelby stepping in to offer helpful form corrections. There doesn’t seem to be a parking lot but street parking is ample and easy. Voir tous les avisThe instructor was very nice! The space was also so beautiful I loved the light hardwood and the airiness of it. Gorgeous and so modern. The Pilates portion wasn’t really a workout, more so just stretching to prepare for the run. I loved the run route, it really took advantage of the studios prime location along the Stone Arch Bridge. It was lovely outside and I had a great time during the run portion. That said, the description says you can walk or go at your own pace….that is semi true. The group does NOT slow down for you but you can go at your own pace but it’ll definitely go over the class time limit considering it’s a 2 mile route that’s supposed to fit in 30 mins. So just be prepared for that - I ended up taking a short cut and walking and ended up finally getting to the studio 10 minutes after the class was officially over and missed all the post run stretching. Not the instructors fault though, that’s on me for not being fit and able to run! Overall it was a great slow start to my Sunday!
