Double Leg Stretch
What is a Double Leg Stretch?
The Double Leg Stretch is a classic Pilates mat exercise that targets the core. It uses the extension of the arms and legs as a weighted challenge for the abdominals. The exercise also helps build endurance and coordination for the whole body.

A great tip for maintaining the ab curl against the weight of the arms and legs is to keep your eye-line between the knees, keeping tension out of the neck muscles.
Always look where you are going, eyes to the thighs.
